WHITE PAPER
Migraines are an all-too-common problem, with someone suffering from these severe headaches in nearly 1 in every 4 households. Chronic migraines can be especially disruptive to patients’ lives.
Biobehavioral therapies are known to target mental health outcomes often related to migraines, including stress and anxiety. We sought to determine whether biobehavioral therapies for migraines can be effectively delivered digitally.
This pilot study shows promising results—namely, that participants enjoyed improvements in their sense of mental well-being and experienced fewer migraines and less interference in their daily lives.
